Nicholas FORCELLA Obituary
FORCELLA, Nicholas Adam
Nicholas Adam Forcella, 25, of Plainville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, (July 11, 2013). Born in New Britain on June 9, 1988, Nick was one of four sons of A. Phillip and Francine (Radwanski) Forcella of Plainville. A 2006 graduate of Plainville High School, he was currently working towards earning his Bachelor's Degree in Networking Technology from Central Connecticut State University, while serving his internship at Charter Oak School. Nick had just returned from the trip of his lifetime, studying and traveling abroad in Europe for the past three weeks, visiting various countries. Having a lifelong love for sports, he played football in high school, enjoyed snowboarding, and most recently organized an indoor hockey team, where he reunited with former classmates and made many new friends. Nick touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by his family and all who were blessed to have known him. In addition to his parents, he leaves his brothers and best friends, Christopher and Daniel Forcella of Plainville; his grandmother, Maria Forcella of Plainville; his uncle, Walter Radwanski, his aunt, Susanna Hernandez and her husband, Hal; his cousins, Melissa and Jessica Hernandez and an endless circle of friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Phillip Forcella; his grandfather, Ermanno Forcella and his grandmother, Mary Radwanski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. meeting directly at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 94 Broad St., Plainville. Burial will be held privately. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, Nick may be remembered with contributions to the Nicholas Adam Forcella Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Farmington Bank, 117 East St., Plainville, CT 06062, for a student sharing his passion for technology. Dear Francine,Phil,Danny and Chris so sorry for your loss. Nick was such a wonderful young man who will be greatly misses by so many people. We remember when he was just three and he used to play with Kristin Kerry and Philip. The kids all had such great times and wonderful memories. He turned into such a bright intelligent young man.
