I just watched the premier episode of of Warehouse 13 and at the end of the show it was dedicated to Nora O'Brien.
I don't know why I feel so saddened by her death.
I remember now hearing about her death in 2009. My mom new who she was. I remember feeling sad then and I feel sad again.
More importantly I pray for her family and friends. I know grief has no timeline.

I just saw her memorial at end of Warehouse 13 pilot and googled her, too, we were curious....so sad at such a young age, younger than me by 5 years...it shows you how God is in control every day and live each day to the fullest...I am sad for the family's loss, but truly believe God had a special purpose in heaven for her as he did my father and nephew who passed away in 2001 and 2003, since I have witnessed things that make me truly know they are with us when we need them as our Guardian angels and God is always here with us.....so I know I am well looked after with them looking over my shoulder and god carrying me in tough times, only 1 set of footprints in the sand, when I pause to look back.....my condolences. To the O'Brien Family,
Nora was so loved, on both Coasts. But out here, in SoCal, she had pockets of friends in the South Bay, Westside, Valley, Hollywood. You name it. But she always made YOU feel like you were the only one. In the mid-90s, we were her Abbot Kinney friends (Spanky, Phil, Denise and Tom). I've moved on, had kids, moved away..but I can't think of anyone I want to hug more than her right now. The Winnebego Super Bowl; the Hootie Concert; Selection Sundays on the Bubble; O'Brien's Pub; doing a radio show from her bathroom; taking me to meet Harrison Ford; sports bar football Sundays. She is undoubtedly the kindest, most selfless person I've ever known. Be so proud of how you raised her, of who she was, how she made others radiate.
I love you, Nora.

Dear Mrs. O'Brien,
I am deeply saddened to hear of Nora's passing. I first met Nora in London, Jan. '85. She was the girl at the Pub with the "Cotton Bowl" Sweatshirt. We became friends very quickly, probably over a conversation about Doug Flutie. We spent alot of time together "studying" and traveling throughout Eurpoe. I'll never forget spending St.Pats's Day in Ireland with her. Those were some of the best times of my life, and sharing those times with Nora made them extra special. I have so many fond memories of Nora. We shared so many laughs when I saw her at her NWC 20 year reunion. She is a great person and a great friend. God Bless her.

I know that this is a difficult time, but may you find comfort from the words in your Bible at Philippians 4:6,7 which tells us, "do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God, and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus."
Going to the hearer of prayer during this sad occasion will bring you much comfort.
