Dear family of Patrick,I know you don't know me, my name is Eric Pinsonneault I am a patient at diabetic lifecare. I met Patrick a few years ago and he left a lasting impression on mine and my wife's life. He truly was a kind and caring individual who would go out of his way to help anyone. He had asked me many times to write or speak about diabetes and through that time I began to get to know Patrick and I can tell you his memory will live on in our heart. My wife and I send our deepest sympathies to his entire family and friends and are terribly sorry for not making the service since we just found out. Our thoughts and prayers with all of you Sincerely,Eric Pinsonneault

To my friend and colleague who lit up any situation with his bright smile and kind demeanor. Chums from the ICU in the early days to his tenure at the top of his nursing passion. We will all miss you. God bless you and your family.

My sincere condolences to the family. I've been blessed to have the privilege to work with Patrick and will miss him. He naturally lived the values of Hartford Hospital, genuinely interested in doing what was best for the patients, his staff, volunteers and co-workers. Patrick's positive attitude, smile, encouraging words, support, praise and desire to lift others made a difference to countless people. He was one of a kind and won't be forgotten.
