Paula Amenta Obituary

Paula (Finn) Amenta, 67, of New Britain, died peacefully in the comfort of her home on Saturday, June 1, 2019 with her husband, Rick, by her side. Paula was born in Torrington and attended local schools and worked for the Torrington Company for many years. She was also employed by the State of CT and as an administrative clerk in the judicial department and there met many friends throughout her career. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her husband, Rick, she is survived by her siblings Gary and Marion; her nephews, David, Scott, Timothy and Guy; her sister-in-law, Pamela; her brother-in-law, Jeff and all of their families. Paula was predeceased by her parents, David and Margaret (Murphy) Finn and her siblings William and Sharon.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Paula's life on Saturday, June 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain, followed by a brief reflection of prayer.
