We were saddenned to hear of Peter's passing, and are truly sorry for your loss. Peter was a great person and teamate years ago in the Palmer Slo-Pitch League. My heart is with you at this time of sorrow.
I know he was a mentor as well as a brother and will be dearly missed by all of us who knew him.
I want to convey my condolances to you, his children John & Peter,III who I babysat for during my younger years and the rest of the family who knew me. Please let everyone know I feel for them even though they may not remember me.
Their father as well as thir grandfather was a Gem in my eyes and that is what they should remember them as.

Pete will be missed.. He was a mentor too. When i was a rookie in the meter department. He said to me,son, learn your metering and you can be the boss too.. 15 years later I was.. Retired 2001 from that job.Thanks for your help and

My sincere condolences to the Locke family. I was secretary to the Board of Selectmen when Peter was a selectman and also was on the Consolidation Committee with Peter. I am saddened that this prince of a man has passed away at such a young age. He was a popular and likeable man.
