LeBRUN, Raymond P.
Raymond P. LeBrun, 74, of Plainville, CT, entered into enternal life in the arms of his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia (Zwick) LeBrun, Tuesday March 13, 2012 at home. Ray was born in New Britain, CT, and was the son of the late Raymond and Gladys (Renshaw) LeBrun. He worked as a salesman for Sears Roebuck Co., West Hartford, CT, for several years. Ray was the loving father of his five children, his daughters, Kim Altieri of Middletown, CT, Robin Trujillo and her husband Joe of Southington, CT, Tammy Small and her husband Steve of Burlington, CT, and Alicia LeBrun of Plainville, CT, his son, Raymond J. LeBrun and his wife Marie of Plainville, CT. Ray cherished his 15 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ray is also survived by his sister, Joan Hoyt of Meriden, CT, and his brother Ronald LeBrun of Florida and several nieces and nephews. Ray was predeceased by his sister Nancy Messenger and his son-in-law Richard Altieri. The LeBrun family would like to thank the VNA Hospice Healthcare, Plainville, CT, for the wonderful care that was provided in our time of need, especially Kathy Mauer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the VNA Hospice Healthcare, 56 West Main Street, Plainville, CT 06062. Funeral services and Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Paul A. Shaker / Farmingdale Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Avenue, New Britain, CT has charge of arrangements. Dad,its been 1 year since you left us. We miss you alot but are comforted by knowing you are no longer suffering.It has been a hard year for mom but i know you have been there to watch over her and give her the strength to overcome all the obstacles that have come her way.she is a very stong woman who loves you alot,as we all do,until we meet again Ill be thinking about you, love you,your son Ray and family

We are so sorry to read about Ray's death. He was a good husband and father. We never heard Ray speak unkindly. He was a great nephew. We will miss him.
