Rita Grady Obituary

GRADY, Rita M. (Fallis) (Beatty) Rita M. (Fallis) (Beatty) Grady, 78, of New Britain, beloved wife of the late Alexander M. Beatty and Thomas E. Grady, Jr., died Wednesday, (May 30, 2007). She was born in New Britain, a daughter of the late Peter and Nellie (Popovich) Fallis and was a long time resident of the city. Before her retirement she had been employed by the former New Britain Bank and Trust Company and more recently by the Crown Shield Corporation. Rita is survived by her beloved children, Dennis Beatty and his wife, Gidget of New Britain, and Alexis A. David and her companion, Kos Herad of Kenner, LA; her grandsons, Ronald Beatty and his wife, Katy, and Brett Beatty and his wife, Bozena; four great grandchildren, Declan, Corbin, Chantel, and Karina; her sister, Elizabeth Bochinski and her husband, Edmund of Newington; her nieces, Julianne Bochinski and Judy DiBiase and her children, Alexander and Andrew DiBiase. Her funeral services and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the New Britain Police Athletic League, 125 Columbus Blvd., New Britain, CT 06051. Burritt Hill Funeral Home, 332 Burritt St. will be serving the family.
