Ruth Charlene (Rugg) Page of Wethersfield, beloved wife of Howard L. Page, whom she married in 1952 in Essex Junction, VT, passed away peacefully Monday March 9, 2015 in St. Francis Hospital. A Memorial Service in Charlene's honor will be celebrated at 11:00am on March 21, 2015 in First Church of Christ, 250 Main St., Wethersfield, CT 06109. Burial will be in the State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown, CT at a later date. The Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Wethersfield has care of the arrangements.
