I met Sam Cohen back in 1989 when I started my business in his building. He and his family were a pleasure to do business with, he offered me a perfect affordable office space to get started with, and I enjoyed those years in that building. Lunches and happy hours at Scarlett Ohara's in his building were great too! My condolences to Jonathan and Dan and the whole family.

To Jonco and Dan and your families,
What a guy! And what a blessing that he made it to Ben and Samantha's B'nai Mitzvot! We send our love and condolences to you all. May Sam's memory always be a blessing; we know for sure that you'll be telling stories about him for a long, long time. 99 years! Amen.

A life well lived. I didn't know him at all but his obituary says it all. RIP Mr. Cohen.

I am sorry to hear of Sam Cohen's passing. As a young housing professional in the 1980's, I interacted with Sam and his son Dan on a regular basis. They were good landlords and good people. May Sam rest in peace and God bless the family.

So sorry for your loss. He was a pillar in the Jewish community and lived a long and rewarding life. Sam and Rita were longtime and important friends to my parents, Samuel and Natalie. May the good memories sustain you in this most difficult time and beyond.
