Timothy Sotis Obituary

Tim Sotis, 53, passed away May 14, 2023 after a long illness. Tim was born and spent most of his life in West Simsbury. He loved cooking, took a culinary course, was a good mechanic and a talented wrecker driver. At one time, owning his own tow truck. His passion was restoring old muscle cars.

He was predeceased by his father, Lawrence Sotis, paternal grandparents, Eleanor & Adam Sotis, paternal great grandparents, Rose & William Flamig, his maternal grandparents, Alice Cattanach & Frederick Garrett, maternal great grandparents Agnes & Alfred Faleni. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Sotis of West Simsbury, an aunt, Linda Dudley of Palm Bay Fl, special cousins Neils, Nevin, Nord, Noel, & Noris Christensen of Simsbury. Also, a Very Dear Friend Katherine Brown of Simsbury.

There are no calling hours and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ASPCA. Please visit Tim's Book of Memories at www.vincentfuneralhome.com for online tributes.
