Rose and family,
I am so very sad to learn of Bill's passing. I just saw you and Bill a few days ago walking through the complex, and Bill gave me a big smile. I can't express how sorry I am and how much Bill will be missed. My heart goes out to you and your family.
You and Bill were a team, and I know how close he was to his family. It will be a very difficult time for all of you, and I want you to know that your family here at Cinnamon Springs cares about you and will be here to support you. Please concentrate on the wonderful memories you shared with Bill, and it will help you get through the next few months.
Please take care.
Love,
Steve Merrick
