Daniel Norman Stuart, born February 8, 1986, age 29, of Wiggins and formerly Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on July 19, 2015 in Wiggins. He is survived by his loving family, including his parents, Emma and Doug Stuart, and his brothers Ben Stuart (Cindy) of Birmingham, AL, and Matt Stuart (Alyssa) of Perkinston, MS, and his nieces, Emma Claire and Mary Grace, and nephew, Payne Stuart, his paternal grandmother, Ethel Stuart of Hattiesburg, special aunt and uncle, Ricky and Bea Lee of Wiggins, as well as numerous aunts and uncles in Mississippi and Alabama.
Daniel, a Mechanical Engineer, formerly with Southwest Engineers of Slidell, LA, was a 2004 graduate of Harrison Central High School and a 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University School of Engineering. Previous employment included positions with MS Department of Environmental Quality as Emergency Management Program Manager and Environmental Grants and Project Coordinator for south Mississippi. Dan was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wiggins, and enjoyed outdoor activities such as hunting, boating, canoeing, and riding his motorcycle.
A private memorial service for immediate family members will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Wiggins Building Fund.

I am so sorry to hear of Daniel's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Daniel's family and friends. I worked with Daniel, at MDEQ-SRO, and thought that he was a lovely, sweet, and kind young man. It is hard to believe he is no longer with us!
