DAVID ARTHUR WADDELL

1972 - 2024

David Arthur Waddell passed away on December 21, 2024, in Lake Havasu City, AZ, at the age of 52. Born on July 19, 1972, David grew into a man known for his outgoing and loving personality, often described as a big teddy bear. He was deeply patriotic, always ready with a caring thought and a helping hand. David attended University High School, in Spokane Valley, WA, where he began to shape his future. His professional life was marked by significant achievements in fleet and commercial sales and management. In 2023, he realized his dream by successfully launching his own transport business. A veteran of the Coast Guard, David served with distinction and pride, embodying the core values of honor, respect, and devotion to duty. David's life was full of passions, including rodeo, riding motorcycles, camping, traveling, crafting with Wendy and spending time with their puppies Dixxon and Lou Lou. These activities brought him immense joy and satisfaction, further testament to his adventurous spirit.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Mushrush Waddell; children, Taeler Zoesch, Tatelynne Waddell, Tana Waddell Reed (Colt), Colby Cain (Cheyenne), Cyler Cain, and Nethaniel Neal; grandchildren, Carlee, Caylee, Steele, and Paislee; mother, Linda Jeske Waddell; brothers, William Waddell (Kari) and John Jackman (Stacie). Parent-in-laws Terry and Sandy Mushrush, brother-in-laws, Thom Mushrush and Dan Mushrush, sister in-laws, Heather Mushrush Pino (Charlton), Terri Mushrush Busby (Aaron), Kelli Mushrush Foster (Abe) and many nieces and nephews who all thought the world of him. David was preceded in death by his father, William Waddell and his Grandparents.
Memorial service will be held in Lake Havasu City, AZ on February 15, 2025 at The Clark Residence 3275 El Dorado Ave. N at 12:00 pm.
