CHARLES SADLER Obituary

Charles Wayne Sadler, age 54, of New Castle, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018. He was a veneer manufacturing supervisor and a member of Sulphur Baptist Church. He married his high school sweetheart and they enjoyed 39 lovely years together. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by his father, Billie Joe Tyler.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sharee Lynn Aldridge Sadler of New Castle; one son, Derek Wayne Sadler (Debra Dawson) of Owenton; daughter, Tyler Michelle Sadler (Travis McGuire) of New Castle; and her children, Riann Layne Sadler and upcoming grandson, Mason Charles Lee Sadler-McGuire; mother, Betty Lou (McCormick) Tyler of La Grange; brothers, Alan Sadler (Becky) of La Grange and Michael Sadler of La Grange; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Greg Harris. Burial was in New Castle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to KODA, Attn: Director of Administrative Services at 10160 Linn Station Road; Louisville, Ky. 40223 or to the American Diabetes Association at 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900; Arlington, Virginia 22202.
