Maureen: I just read of your dad's sudden death. I am so sorry and send thoughts, prayers and great energy to you and your family. I too lost my dad quickly, unexpectedly at 65. While they would not liked to have lingered here sick, it is just too soon. I only knew you briefly in a real estate matter, but it was clear that you are very close to your family. So sorry for your loss.

Dear Patrick and Family,
My sincere condolences, you and dad are in my prayer. If there is anything I can do let me know. As you know professionally I help families everyday when these things happen. God bless you all.
