Conley Grimes
March 13, 2014
Lurlene Grimes and her family first met Minnie Pack and all of her children in the very early 1950's when Mrs. Pack, one of the sweetest people one would ever meet, moved from Mingo County to the Left Fork of Union Ridge. Joe, being the oldest, as I recall was a really nice guy and so was all of his brothers and sisters. Mrs. Pack was a God Send for our Uncle Albert Gebhardt as he had lost his wife and had much farm work to do. Mrs. Pack and her boys helped out on the farm and helped getting my Uncle Albert thru a very difficult loss of his wife, Maime in August 1956. Over the years all of us grew up and went our separate ways, but the memories of the Pack family still live in our hearts. May the memories of Joe and his family live on forever. His life has passed us by but the memories will live forever. Joe, go now with God to His eternal Kingdom as the family lays your remains to rest. God Bless all of the Pack family from Conley Grimes in Richmond, Virginia. Would love to see everyone!
