JOSEPHINE CRUM Obituary





JOSEPHINE CRUM, 94, of Barboursville, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, with Rev. Kevin Lantz officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park. She was born November 10, 1922, in Barboursville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Newman McConda. She was a retired nurse's aide at the Huntington State Hospital and was a member of Steele Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alden Crum; son, Rocky Alan Crum; and siblings, Dena Lucas, Homer McConda and Eloise Collins. She is survived by two granddaughters, Tiffany (Brad) Hess of Huntington and Brianna Crum of Huntington; two great-granddaughters, Isabella Hess and Penelope Hess; one brother, Lonnie (Frances) McConda of Barboursville; special niece, Linda Nichols; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
