MICHAEL CURTIS QUALLS, 71, of Ashland, KY, died Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CornerStone Methodist Church, Community Hospice, or the American Red Cross.
