Neal Maynard Obituary
NEAL EDWARD MAYNARD, 53, of Huntington, WV passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, WV. Burial will follow at Maynard Cemetery, Sidney, WV.
He was born December 27, 1971 at Huntington, WV, a son of the late James Carroll Maynard and Clara Sue Adams Maynard-Hackney and husband Larry "Pete" of Lavalette, WV. Neal was a graduate of Wayne High School and worked as a manager of The Hotspot in Huntington.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a nephew, Jeremy Alan Maynard. Additional survivors include a sister, Sharon Gail Maynard of Lavalette; two brothers, Jeffery Alan Maynard (Michelle) of Genoa, WV and James Darrell Maynard (Theresa) of Lavalette; a special friend, Jimmy "J.D." Daniels; and a host of additional family and friends too numerous to mention.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne.
