He is survived by his daughter, Denease Lynch and his sister, Mary Elizabeth Cole.
Per his wishes, no services will be held. Inurnment will be held at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery in Dunbar, WV.
Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, OH, is assisting with arrangements.
