PHILLIP DAVID MILLER, 63, of Louisa, KY, husband of Mary Miller, died Aug. 2 at home. He retired from the railroad. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospitals for Children. Funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 6 at Young Funeral Home, Louisa, KY. Burial at the Miller Family Farm. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 5 at the funeral home.
