My dear cousin was such a blessing to our family in countless ways over recent years. We shared memories and stories of our ancestors. He shared family photos and records from the family Bible and I researched and documented his Mobayed family tree for him. We shared stories, laughter and broke bread together as often as we could. He offered solace and support in times of unimaginable loss in our family. He was that rarest of human beings - good and caring. He is greatly missed by our family and all those whose lives he touched. Rest in Eternal Peace dear cousin. Debby and Molly Brannon

I was privileged to call Richard both a member of my family and a trusted friend.
We came to know one another late in life through his help with my genealogical research. I needed some important documentation on our 4X great grandparents that he was able to assist with and I, in turn, conducted some extensive research for his family tree on both his father's and mother's lines.
We were able to get together from time to time in recent years and shared memories, laughter and meaningful conversations. He also helped my daughter to cope with her father's death through his kind support and wise counsel. We will treasure these memories. Please accept our sincere condolences on this sad occasion.
