ROBERT VANDERHOOF Obituary
ROBERT MICHAEL VANDERHOOF, 69, of Ashland, father of Mike Vanderhoof of Ironton and Kevin Vanderhoof of Mount Sterling, Ky., died June 13 in Thurman, N.Y. He retired from both the United Sates Air Force and Sunoco. Funeral services will be noon Friday, Central Christian Church; burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Greenup, Ky. Visitation will be two hours before service at the church. Memorials may be made to Autism Society of America, 4340 East West Hwy Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814. www.phillipsfuneralhome.net.

I want to express my condolences to all Mike's friends and family. I met Mike his first year at Americade and was his room mate, we got together the following year as well and had many meals and great times those two years that I knew him. What a great guy, he will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. God speed Mike.
