Wilda Maynor Obituary

WILDA BAILEY MAYNOR 98 of Huntington passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025
She was born September 4, 1926 in Cedar Grove, West Virginia to the late Shirley Bailey and Virginia Speck Bailey.
Wilda was preceded in death by her siblings Glenna Goodwill, Fred, Joe, and Keith Bailey.
She is survived by her sister Doris Bailey Andrews; her daughter Deborah Maynor Demmler; Her grand children Derek J. Demmler and Megan Demmler Zobel (David) ; her great grandchildren, River Demmler, Bailey Demmler, William Demmler, and Elijah Zobel; and several nieces and nephews.
She was married to her beloved husband E. Custer Maynor for 79 years - A Lifelong partnership marked by deep love, devotion, and shared memories.
Wilda's life was defined by her steadfast dedication to her family, her kindness toward her students and others, and her quiet strength.
She will be remembered for the warmth she brought to every gathering and the love she gave so freely.
