Aunt Diane, Uncle Rick, Kim, Kai, Frank, Trina & girls,

My heart is so heavy and aching for all of you right now. I so desperately want to be there, but please know that I am praying for all of you that God will give you strength and peace. Trust in Him and He will carry you through.
You know the saying about how you may not remember what people say but you always remember how they made you feel? Well I can tell you how Derrick made me feel, he had the most amazing hugs (as I'm sure you all know). Those strong, secure, enveloping hugs that really let you know how much he cares about you. I think he got that from Grandpa Dean :) I'm really going to miss them. All of my love to you.
