Alan was a special person in my life and whenever we saw each other, we reminisced about the times when he coached the Dolphins alumni basketball team. I'll never forget him--Tom Curtis

Alan was a special kind of brother in law. We would see you could give each other the hardest time. Alan would ask me if he was a good husband to Terry. I would tell him NO, you are a fantastic husband. But that he could be a little nicer to his sisters in law! We loved and will miss Alan.
