Dear Carter and family,
My heartfelt sympathy to you all .
Bill passed away in 2002 and now I live with Pam near Cheryl and Bruce in a little town, Enon, north of Dayton, Ohio. We learned
about Brian on the Internet Miami Herald. Quite some time ago Brian called me to ask for a letter of recommendation. I sent one and hope it helped him obtain the job he was seeking. If he was like the rest of the Rineharts, he was a hard worker and very dependable. Sadly, you have had such tragic losses. God bless you all.
