So sorry to hear the news about Steve. Both Valorie and I express our sincere sympathy to Padget and the Cook family. Steve was wonderful and a joy to work with at Ryder. I had some of the best times (and stories to tell) of my entire career working with him at Ryder. He was a mentor and dear friend to me.

Mrs. Cook and children, I am very saddened to learn of Steves passing. Today is one of the times in life when I am filled with regret. Steve and I were very close as teenagers, but, we each had our own path which took us in different directions. If we ever meet I have many great stories to share with you. Your entire family is in my prayers. Steve was a wonderful person!
