JAMES FRANKLIN HILL & JOHN MARVIN HILL

HILL, James Franklin, age 7 of Hillsboro, passed away on Dec. 31, 2015, as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. His twin brother, John Marvin Hill, age 7 of Hillsboro, passed away on Jan. 3, 2016, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital due to injuries suffered in the same accident. John and James were first grade students at Deerfield Elementary School in Coffee County. They were preceded in death by their grandmother, Ruth Bunde and grandfather, Henry Franklin Hill. The twins are survived by their parents, Aaron W. Hill and Lynetta J. Hill of Hillsboro; grandparents, Marvin W. Bunde of Hillsboro and C. Ray Haddix and wife Jewel of Church Hill; uncles, Matthew W. Bunde and his wife Lisa of Hillsboro and Tim Hill and his wife Haydee of Tucson, Ariz.; great-grandparents, J. Paul Lafary and his wife Alberta of Paxton, Ill.; and cousins, Reuben Hill and Leslie Hill. The twins attended Real Life Community Church in Murfreesboro. Both boys enjoyed running, playing, reading and math. Tapping his creative tendencies, James often drew pictures of new inventions and built elaborate tracks for Hot Wheels cars. He also enjoyed building towers or some other form of block structure. John was often content to play with the cars without using tracks. Instead, John would arrange the cars in straight lines by color. Occasionally, John seemed to enjoy destroying his brother's creations by pulling tracks apart and flattening block structures. They were both loving and caring boys. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Deerfield Elementary School, 9123 Woodbury Hwy. (Hwy. 53), Manchester. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Deerfield Elementary School. In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging donations be made in memory of James and John Hill to Family Support, 111 Eaglette Blvd., Shelbyville, TN 37160; 931-684-7673. This organization provides assistance to local families with special needs children. A private graveside service was conducted for the family at the Rutledge Hill Community Church Cemetery in Hillsboro.
