MEADOWVIEW, Va.
Russell Dennis Heath, 69, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Heath was born on June 9, 1952, to Zachariah R. Heath Jr. and Rebecca Cook Heath in Smyth Co., Va.
He was a truck driver for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed being on the road.
He was preceded in death by his father, Zachariah R. Heath Jr.; and niece, Jennifer Heath.
Survivors include his loving wife, Ellen Worthington Heath; mother, Rebecca C. Heath; daughter, Eskalina Beck and husband, Donald; son, Abram Heath and significant other, Makayla Icenhower; one stepdaughter, Carrie Marcum and husband, Thomas; two sisters, Marsha Heath and Rebecca Mae Heath; six brothers, Zack Heath and wife, Patricia, Donald Heath and wife, Rita, Randy Heath and wife, Rita, Michael Heath and wife, Diana, Eddie Heath and wife, Phoebe, Glenn Heath and wife, Sandy; three grandchildren, Quentin Beck, Makayla Beck, and Elaina Heath; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Rebecca C. Heath, 31315 Rivermont Drive, Meadowview, VA 24361.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
