Gary Cantrell Obituary

BLUE RIDGE - Mr. Gary Ronald Cantrell of Blue Ridge passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012 at his residence in Blue Ridge. He was born Jan. 3, 1938 the son of Sam and Bobbie Combest Cantrell. He married Betty Smith Oct. 18, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. He was retired from Raytheon Corp, he was a member of the Blue Ridge Church of Christ, and the Blue Ridge Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Betty of Blue Ridge; and his children, Gary Dale Cantrell and wife Lisa, and Lisa Todd and her husband Danny all of Blue Ridge. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Garrett Cantrell, John Cantrell and wife Leah, Heather Garner and husband Justin, Dustin Todd and Robert Todd. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren,Remington Grace and Mason Cantrell. Mr Cantrell is survived by his siblings, Jerry Cantrell and wife Sue of Frisco, Ricky Cantrell and wife Correnda, and Joe Cantrell and wife Glenna all of Blue Ridge.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Stoney Point Cemetery with Bro. Tony Linton officiating and visitation will be from 6 -8 p.m. Thursday at the Hurst's Fielder Baker Funeral in Blue Ridge. www.hurstfielderbaker.com for condolences.
