Bud is survived by his partner of over 50 years Terry Langsjoen Davis, beloved daughter Rebecca Davis, best buddy Squishy, bonus daughter Jammie (Rick) Hoffman and many loving family members. He was preceded in death by his father Bill, his mother Betty and brother in arms Darrell Burns.
After graduating from Arlington High School in 1968, he enlisted in the Navy. He was stationed aboard the USS Hancock and did two tours in Vietnam. Bud was a proud veteran. He had a friend everywhere he went, whether a co-worker of over 30 years from GTE, a snowmobiling buddy or the many friends he made along the way.
Bud was a member of Marysville SAR for many years and belonged to several veteran organizations. He was a member of Combat Veterans International, riding with the handle "Buddman." He loved his motorcycle and tattoos.
Donations may be made to NOAH. A Celebration of Life is planned for 2024.

We think of Bud often, especially around the beginning of December because we always did the CVI holiday dinner together. Sadly, he passed on the day we had it scheduled that year. He was always a grumpy face with an endearing smile that I looked forward to seeing every month. I'm so thankful for the memories.

Rest in peace Bud... I first met him at the American Legion in Stanwood. We always had a great conversation, laughs and always ending with a smile and a hug. Yes, he was a very proud Veteran. Such a special man, rough on outside and the kindest at heart. It was a blessing to know you. Thank you for your service and God Bless you and your family.

We've been best friends since first grade. Even our folks were friends. So sorry you left us, but you're forever in my heart ! I'll truly miss you ! I'm so glad we talked the day before you died. We did get the chance before we hung up, to tell each other that we loved one another.
Always and forever, Curt & Kathy Larson

I have known Bud for 37 years. He
was my co-worker at GTE. I would see him at our retiree breakfasts and we would catch up on what was happening in our lives. It is for sure I will miss Bud. I enjoyed our friendship and how "colorful" he was. The world is a dimmer place without him. Rest in peace my sweet friend. My deep condolences to his family on your loss. Bud was a special man!

Buddman, You will be greatly missed! I know I will always remember the tough exterior and the kindhearted man you were. I'll miss the way you always pushed for doing things as a group in CVI, like a Silvertips game, Aquasox game, anything that would get us out there to help grow our organization. RIP Brother
