Constance Benjamin Obituary

"Connie" Connie Benjamin was born January 4, 1947, in Sioux City, IA. She went to be an Angel on January 16, 2017. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She leaves behind her husband of 40 years, Bob Benjamin, her sons, Shane Freeman, and Paul Knight; her three daughters, Malisa Jones, Gloria and husband, Andy Myllykangas, Moriah and husband, Matt Faulkner. The greatest loves of her life were her four grandchildren, Abigail, Jacob, Keagan, and little Izzy. She loved being a big sister to her three brothers, Craig, Tadd, and Troy. She always felt like a mother to her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Jerimiah, and Alix, Darcy, Bud, and Joe. Connie worked for the Marysville School District for over twenty years where she touched the hearts of every student and co-worker. She loved to make Barbie Doll clothes for her grand-daughters and birdhouses for the grandsons. She enjoyed spending time with all of her children. Christmas was her favorite holiday. Mother you will be missed by all. Love you.

Connie,

These past two weeks, since you left us, has been really hard on all of us. I miss seeing your smiles and hearing your positive words of encouragement. I know I hadn't known you long, but you made me feel like a member of the family the first time we met. Thank you, for raising such a wonderful daughter (Malisa). I miss you, love you, and know that we will see each other again.

Love,
Mike
