Soon Eric's time "on-line" will be over, but not all the good memories many have of him. Thanks to all that wrote a few words. Many others far and wide sent cards--some current friends, some past, and some that I have never meant. Eric meant alot to many, and the world was a better place for the time he was here. His name is being added to a memorial wall, in Denver, where his grandma and grandpa Weaver and his greatgrandmother is buried. He was such a joy (and trial) to Grandma Gladys. (I still have the 3 "K" sanddollars, Eric... Someday will pass them on to Sarah, Jessi, and Wade.) Sherrie

When I saw Eric's obituary my heart stopped for a moment as I recognized his name and picture. I haven't seen or talked with Eric in such a long time, but like everyone else have fond memories of him in Jr. High and High School. I especially remember all the parties at Kim's house on the lake and all the time we spent there during the summer water skiing and having a great time together. He was someone I truly considered to be a friend during those years and I can't believe he is gone. I'm so sorry for your loss and hope you take special knowledge in how much he meant to so many of us all those years ago.

I was shocked to hear of this today from my folks, and I quickly found the obituary in the Herald. Eric and I spent may great times together while growing up in Lake Stevens, especially time spent wrestling at Lake Stevens High School. His dad would haul us to tournaments and was always very supportive of his son and freinds. Eric will be missed by all who knew him. I'm so sorry.

Dear Sherrie, Ted, and family, Much to my sadness to read about Eric's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Can I say how nice it was to have talked with Eric on the phone in the recent past. I am so grateful he called me. I have saved letters and pictures from our school years romance and am so happy to have done so. I am thankful to have meet and stayed with Eric's mom, gramma, and Cindy over Christmas in 1978 after Eric moved back to Denver. I consider myself very blessed to of had a gentle and caring man such as Eric for a first love. When I look to the seas I will always be smiling. Gone but never forgotten Eric. Love Brook.
