George Stanley July 20, 1932 - Ensz After 92 years, George left this world to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

George graduated from Bothell High School in 1950, the University of Washington in 1954, then served his country as a Naval Officer.
Upon returning home he lived near Woodinville for awhile then moved to Snohomish where he spent most of his life except for his last few years in Stanwood.
His first marriage produced three sons. In 1972 he married Avenell Barnett, and later adopted her three daughters. Then together they adopted their last child.
George spent his entire career in accounting. He also volunteered 43 years as the church Treasurer, many years as a church leader, was active in the work of the Gideons, and served on several short-term mission trips.
He wants to be remembered as one who loved and served God.
