Lydia Fontanilla Stifle, born January 11, 1947, passed peacefully with her children by her side on January 18, 2022. Lydia was survived by her children; Christina (James) Dizard, and Jeremiah (Miranda) Stifle. Grandchildren; Jayden, Noah, Addison, Dilyne, Addy & Tate. Siblings; Gloria, Demetria, Carlito, Emily, Edwardo, Godofredo & Fernando. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was welcomed into heaven by her loving parents Carlos & Isabel.
Lydia was a very strong, sweet, hard working & an amazing person. She loved her family & friends with her whole heart. She was kind, generous with her time and extremely thoughtful in everything that she did. She was a caretaker, a giver, truly the most selfless person you would ever meet. She had the ability to make anyone feel welcomed & comfortable. She would take anyone in if needed. She raised her children to be as tough as she was & we already see that passed down to her grandkids. She was an amazing lady who was loved by so many. She could cook up a storm & loved to host any type of party.
Lydia had a one of a kind personality. She was such a pleasure to be around & loved to laugh, even at herself. Her smile could light up any room. If she wasn't with them you could find her shopping at the mall, hanging out with her sisters. She was truly a blessing!
Knowing she is in a better place has helped us all find some peace. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt & friend, who will be missed dearly by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
