Michael Betts January 11, 1995 - February 17, 2023 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Robert Betts. Michael was born January 11th, 1995 and was the second eldest in a blended family of 5 children. Michael grew up in Lake Stevens and attended Lake Stevens High School until he made the decision to pursue his GED. Michael loved to play soccer and football in the community and with his friends. He loved camping, hiking, swimming and fishing in the outdoors and during his time in Boy Scouts. He is survived by his parents; Terri Kempf (Robin), of Longview, WA; Arthur Rugtvedt, of Kent; Robert Shaffer, of Renton; his siblings Bobby Eden Conn, Charles Rugtvedt, Alyssa Rugtvedt and Pypper Kempf as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Cousins and friends. Memorial services and reception will be held at Acacia Memorial Park and Funeral home on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, WA 98155.
