Paul Wolfe Obituary

Paul Roderick Wolfe July 9, 1947 - March 4, 2023 With great sadness we bid our untimely farewell to Rod aka "The Good Wolfe" of Bry's TV and Appliance.

Rod was born to Claude and Marion Wolfe in Monte Vista, Colorado.

Rod started at the Boeing Company in the mid 1960s. After a Boeing layoff he found his passion as an entrepreneur. He worked different jobs that led him to Bry's TV and Appliance in 1971. Rod was a true go getter and wasn't afraid to try anything, including getting his helicopter pilot's license. He expanded Bry's by trial and error. He loved to spit fire ideas and make things happen.

Rod was known for winning a "flip," a 4,5,6 master, and Acey Duecy champion. He always came to any event prepared with his board, cash, dice, and a few one liners.

He was always up for an adventure. His sons could always say, "Hey dad, do you want to...." And as long as it included a sushi lunch, he was along for the ride.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and camping in his Motorhome. One of his favorite trips was his yearly dove hunting trip in Eastern Washington.

Rod is survived by his wife Diana Wolfe; Sons: Chad (Andria), Josh (Debbie), Vaughn, Sean (Mandi), and Logan (Aliya); Grandchildren: Dylan, Cassidy, Ava, Gage, Cashden, Crew, and baby boy Wolfe on the way; bonus grandchildren: Emma, Lucy, and Piper; Brother Roger (Sue); Former wife and friend Sheralyn Craig.

Rod was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Marion; his daughter Erica and son Elijah.

Celebration of Life will be Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Marysville Historic Museum (6805 Armar Rd. Marysville, WA).

I was a friend of Rod Wolfe in the mid to later 90's. I had an office near By's. I hung out with Rod and Dianne off and on a bit here and there. I loved Rod, and his wife is lovely and wonderful lady for sure. He was Catholic, and I made attempts to get him to be a Christian. He was set in his ways though. I was his buddy for a time no matter. He used to set up music for parties in the mid to later 70's around Marysville. Tree farm parties and what not. He was a music set-up man, expert. Also a pyre-technician. Been to his 4th July shows. Unreal ! This upsets me alot he is gone, though, all of us do leave eventually. I loved Rod, and will always remember how we joked around, and his smile. I hope his wife does well, thank you, Wolfe family for all your kindness to me. Randy Budell, formerly from Sedro Woolley Wa. To the family I am sorry for your loss & your sad feelings. I worked for Rod as the general manager of Bry's for several years fighting for a pay check. He was a very generous person at times & had some great times at the beach & other activities. There was many other things I won't mention as not to disturb the situation i9n the negative way it would be. RIP! Where ever you went!

Rod has been a friend of mine for years, going to miss his humor, could tell many stories but no one would believe me. Had some great times in our early years. I'm sad to see him go but I have lots of memories.

I am shocked to see this obituary of a dear friend from long ago. I am truly sorry for your loss. My memories of Rod are of tremendously special times...way back to childhood. There was no one like Rod Wolfe. One of a kind hilarious and fun to the max. May he RIP.
Love to the family,
