Randall Nichols Obituary

Randall Bryan Nichols of Monroe, WA, passed away on June 11, 2017, at the age of 57. Randy was born on May 10, 1960, in Great Falls, Montana to Gerald and Joanne Nichols. He worked at Boeing for 38 years where he earned the respect and friendship of many. Randy was a great sport enthusiast. He was always watching the Mariners, the Seahawks or his Boston Bruins. He loved to golf and go camping with his family. It gave him great joy coaching his kids in soccer for many years, he was a great coach. The kids loved and respected him. One of his greatest passions that brought Randy a lot joy was barbecuing. I've never known anyone who could barbecue like Randy, he was a perfectionist and master of the grill, that will be missed. Randy's grandchildren, Bradley (6) and Chloe (3 1/2) brought him the greatest joy of his life since the day they were born. He really loved being a grandpa. They always made him smile and brightened his day no matter how bad a day he was having. Randy had a big heart and anyone who met him couldn't help but like him. His personality had that effect on people. He will be loved and missed very much everyday by his family and all those that knew him. His son, Christopher Ryan Nichols and father, Gerald H. Nichols preceded Randy in death. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sharon; sons, Jonathan, Thomas and Jacob; daughter-in-law, Shannon; grandchildren, Bradley and Chloe; mother, Joanne Nichols; along with a sister and five brothers and many nieces and nephews. Your sons, daughter, grandchildren and I your wife will love and miss you forever. You were the best husband, father and grandpa. You will always be in our hearts, we love you very much always and forever.
