Arthur T. Cadoret

Arthur T. Cadoret, 81, of Westport, peacefully passed away at home on Saturday, May 6, 2017, with his wife Marjorie (Mersey) Cadoret, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage, by his side. Mr. Cadoret was born in Fall River, son of the late Arthur J. and Juliette R. (Simon) Cadoret and had resided in Westport for the last 46 years. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a security guard. He was an avid bird watcher and he enjoyed spending time with his family. Along with his wife, survivors include his daughter: Kathleen A. Gallant and her husband Richard of Westport; his sister: Blanche Y. Adams and her husband Chester of Westport; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Raymond P. Cadoret The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Steward Home Care for the caring support they gave to Mr. Cadoret. Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport, MA 02790 at 10:00 A.M. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-7- P.M. Interment will be private.
