Bill Settlemyer Obituary

ROCK HILL - Mr. Bill G. Settlemyer, 76, of Rock Hill, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest, with the Rev. Gerald Bennett officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday before the service at Greene Funeral Home.

Born in York County, Mr. Settlemyer was the son of the late R. L. Settlemyer and Louise Hucks Settlemyer. He was owner/operator of Rock Hill Amusement Company. He was preceded in death by his son, David Settlemyer and sister, Geraldine Thompson.

Surviving are three daughters, Lori Fewell and her husband, Robert J. Fewell, Susan Keith and Kathy McCluney; six grandchildren, Jason, Dennie and Shelbi Keith, Travis and Derrick McCluney; six great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Agape Hospice, 2115 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill SC 29732.
