YORK - Joyce Robinson Greene Scronce, 64, of 310 Blackburn Street, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at First Wesleyan Church of York, with the Revs. Don Avore II and Olivene Martin officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York.
Joyce was a daughter of the late Tom and Ida Bailey Robinson. She was a member of First Wesleyan Church of York and was former owner of Joyce's Cleaning Service and Meeting Place Cafe.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gary Scronce; two sons, Joe Greene of Atlanta, Ga., and Dennis Greene of York; two daughters, Denise Greene and Daphne Greene Newman, both of York; brother, James Robinson of York; six grandchildren, Shaun Greene, Chris Greene, C.J. Greene, Cole Greene, Josh Greene and Amanda Peyatt; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Betty Welborn.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at Bratton Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, P.O. Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
