To Mr. Blanton's family,
When I worked the early morning shift at the YMCA, Mr. Blanton would normally stop to chat with me. I enjoyed him very much with all his stories about many things.
I was amazed at watching him workout so hard for a man of his age, how well he took care of himself and how social he was.
I think he was one of the first at the Complex to walk and definitely one of the first at the Y.
As I said before, I thoroughly enjoyed knowing him. It was good to talk with you briefly the other day and I will be praying for you and yours during this very difficult time.
Sincerely,
Lynette Townsend
