Sadie Stroud Obituary

Mrs. Sadie Smith Stroud died Friday, January 19, 2018, at PruittHealth. The funeral service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be at Barber Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include her mother, Annie Greene Steed of Rock Hill; children, Charlie Smith of Rock Hill, Roosevelt Smith(Gertrude) of Chester, SC, Yvonne S. McClure, Lillie Roddey(Donald), Ricky Stroud(Shirnethia), Larry Stroud, and Phillip Stroud(Deborah), all of Rock Hill; 26 grandchildren; 66 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and siblings, Isaac Smith(Geraldine), Atlene Scruggs(Robert), Beatrice Sibley, Cathy Sibley, all of Rock Hill, Bonnie Stewart of Chester, SC, Frank Sibley, George Sibley, Johnny Sibley, and Charles Sibley, all of Rock Hill. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home and other times at 2061 Brer Rabbit Run.
