Shannon Hamrick Obituary
Born in Rock Hill, he was the husband of Chasity Tindall Hamrick and the son of Barry and Judy McDaniel Hamrick. Mr. Hamrick was an Executive with Hamrick's Inc. and an active member of Hopewell Baptist Church. He was a Cherokee County Little League Baseball Coach and an avid sportsman.
Surviving are two sons, Bryce Lincoln Hamrick and Brock Lyndon Hamrick of the home; a daughter, Natali Brynn Hamrick, also of the home; a sister, Caroline Hamrick Dover of Gaffney; a nephew, Drake Hamrick; two half brothers, Rusty Hudson and Elvis Jackson, both of Rock Hill; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A.Z. McDaniel of Blacksburg; a special uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Little, and their daughters, Reba Flores and Robin Satterwhite; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Hamrick was preceded in death by a sister, Natali Brook Hamrick; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hamrick.
The family will receive friends from noon until 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, at Hopewell Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Terry Lowe and the Rev. Jay Clever officiating. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church, Building Fund, 511 Old Chester Road, Blacksburg, SC, 29702.
The family will be at the residence.

I remember Shannon as a great man. Though I never met him but a few times he brought great joy to those around him. His brother Elvis loved him dearly and always thought about him. Our prayers are with you and your family. We all love you!
