Lisa Ann Jefferson, 52, of Benton Harbor died on Sept. 24, 2022.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Terrell Broady Funeral Home in Nashville, Tenn. The service time will be at 11 a.m. EDT for family hour, and at noon EDT for the funeral. Lisa will be buried in the Greenwood Cemetery North in Goodlettsville, Tenn.
Ms. Jefferson was born on Jan. 19, 1970, in St. Joseph. She most recently started her own health care business as an independent contractor. Her passion has always been health care, and having been a phlebotomist, she went on to pursue her dream of being her own boss.
She leaves to cherish her unforgettable memories, her mom, Essie Jefferson of Benton Harbor; brothers: Brian Jefferson of Nashville, Jason Jefferson of Detroit, Tyrone Beauford of Benton Harbor, Parnell Rogers of Grand Rapids Mich.; nephews: Nathan Jefferson of Lansing, VaSean Farmer-Jefferson of Dallas; nieces: Karrington and Kaitlyn Jefferson of Detroit, Destiny Bowens-Jefferson of Adrian, Mich.; and a handful of cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, Harvey Lee Jefferson; grandparents: Annice and Wilbur Marks of Franklinton, La., and Ezell and Cenora Jefferson of Indianola, Miss.
