Dr. Bailey was the beloved pediatrician of my younger daughter. His kindness was equalled by his expertise, and we were both always so glad to see him. Because I grew up seeing both Drs. Webb and McBryde, Dr. Bailey was my natural choice for my daughter, and my high expectations were surpassed. We trusted him implicitly and will always remember him with great affection.

What a wonderful legacy he leaves behind. He was my pediatrician, and so gentle with me as a child. I believe that's why I never really hated going to the doctor as a child. Back then he would even meet my mom at the practice well after hours if I or my brothers was sick. Those days have longed passed. He was a great doctor and man. May you have peace knowing that. Sending love from The Best Family.

I am sorry to hear of Dr Bailey's passing. Our whole family loved him. My mom ( Beverly Williams) worked for him and of course all 4 of her children always saw Dr Bailey or Dr Webb. I'm 52 yrs old now and my daughter who is 28yrs old always loved having him as our doctor. He was always so kind and caring. He even recognized us as adults when we would run into him. He will be missed by all who knew him and my prayers for his family,

So sorry for your loss! I am 60 years old and still remember how kind and caring Dr. Bailey was. Whenever I went to the pediatrician's office, I was hoping that he'd be my doctor that day. Even though I liked the other doctors, he was my favorite! Praying for Peace and comfort for your family.

I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Bailey´s passing and extend my deepest sympathy to the family. He was my pediatrician and I am now 55years old. He was also my son´s doctor and he is now 30. He always took such good care of us and always had a kind smile and an easy way about him of making you feel like you were in good hands. Reset assured dear family that he is in good hands now. Thank you for sharing this wonderful person with my family. God bless and be with you always.

I am so sorry for your loss. My entire Hill family loved him. He was my Dr from 1964 along with my siblings as they came along. We continued on with him with our children and grandchildren and we were sad when he retired. Dr. Bailey was always there for us. Especially when my brother's son died at 2 1/2. He was always available. My parents Worth and Mary Hill loved, trusted and depended on him.
So many children in Durham grew up with him. We will miss him so much.
Love, Mandy Hill Satterfield, Worth Hill and family.
