Jack James Sally, Jr. entered eternal life on July 28, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sally and their children Kim Ames (Jon), John Thompson (Donna), Jack Sally III (Sue) and Tonya Weatherwax (Ryan) and five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was in the U.S. Air Force between 1955 - 1959, where he served as a Radio Repairman, Airman First Class. He was also awarded the National Defense Service Medal as well as GCMDL. After retiring as a Goldsmith, he spent much of his time on the golf course with friends and was also known for his great sense of humor. There will be no funeral service. If you wish to make a donation in lieu of flowers, his favorite charities were Tidewell Hospice (tidewell.org) and 50 Legs (50legs.org).
