Robert Pausch Obituary

Robert E. Pausch, 81, died January 21, 2021, at his home in Sarasota, Florida.
Mr. Pausch was born in Columbus, Ohio, to Robert H. and Mary P. Pausch (Eddy).
He attended Upper Arlington High School in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Mr. Pausch continued his education at Ohio State University, graduating in 1962 with a B.S. in Finance and was affiliated with Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Mr. Pausch served 4 years as a lieutenant in the United States Navy, during the Vietnam War. He was a Navigator and Swift Boat Captain. In 1967 he returned to the Columbus, Ohio area where he met and married his wife, Judith (Pritchard).
He and his wife, Judy, moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1998 and enjoyed many wonderful summers at their cottage on the St. Mary's River in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where he pursued his love of golfing and fishing.
Mr. Pausch is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy; 2 daughters and their spouses, Emily and Jonathan Morrison, Sara and K. Scott Briechle; and 4 grandchildren, Evelyn, Zachary, Tyler, and Darren.
A private service for family and friends will be scheduled at a later date.
