Susan & I are 1st cousins and grew up ~25 miles from one another in southwest GA. I remember nice times with Susan, her sister Paula & brother Jerry when our families got together. For the past 40 years I've lived in the Knoxville TN area. Regrettably the last time I saw Susan was ~1983 at a funeral; that's one of the good things about funerals, they give you a chance to see old family/friends and it was really nice seeing Susan then. I'm truly saddened by this news now. I've seen Jerry a few times in recent years, most recently in May, and afterwards left thinking how nice it would be to see Paula and Susan again. I pray Susan is now at peace.
